Courier Franchisees are supported by their Regional Franchisee. The Franchise Support Office has developed a huge range of training modules in PowerPoint, multimedia presentations, or flip chart, which can be delivered in a one to one, classroom, or individual situation.
Courier Franchisees receive on the job and orientation training as well as completing a video training course. Most importantly, Courier Franchisees are trained in the Fastway saturation marketing techniques - the secret to growing a courier business rapidly. Years of experience shows that enthusiastic, outgoing and ambitious people who follow this system develop high turnover businesses quickly.
All administration is taken care of by the Regional Franchisee, leaving the couriers free to drive the growth of their businesses. Operational, sales, and customer service support is also given, including access to the Fastway network for delivery of parcels to other regions.

A bit about me and Fastway Couriers
Hi My name is Theresa and purchased a Fastway Courier franchise in Bristol around June time 2008.
When you become a Fastway customer you deal directly with your own Courier Franchisee. As owners of their own business, our couriers are enthusiastic about offering you an excellent service, at a highly competitive price. Dealing directly with the same Courier Franchisee allows you to book in a regular pick up time - and you can be sure your requirements are known.
I have built up around 130 customers in the postcode areas that I cover which are BS2 0, BS4 2, BS4 3, BS4 4, BS4 5, BS5 7, BS5 8, BS5 9 and BS16 3. My timetable for these areas can be found here
Prices start from £2.95 for same day local deliveries up to 25kg
Fastway now do a special to Ireland which is also proving extremely popular with my customers from only £14.95 up to 25kg.
